This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Certified Pro Advisors ("CPA") governing your use of the Collections Command Center application ("Application").
CPA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your internal business purposes in connection with accounts receivable collections management.
You agree not to:
The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's own terms of service. CPA is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
You retain ownership of all data you input or import into the Application, including data synced from QuickBooks Online. CPA claims no ownership over your business data.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CPA does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Application is a collections management tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Application will be revoked. You may request export or deletion of your data prior to termination.
You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and any other applicable debt collection regulations.
